Shipment & Returns Policy

Shipping is available within the US only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
We may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order once placed. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Note: if you order after 12 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Shipping is available via UPS or USPS.

APO and FPO Addresses
When you request that your order ships to an APO or FPO address, the package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is at no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available boat.

It's easy to return a product:
- Log into your account or press this link [contact us] to initiate a return.
- We email you instructions for returning your product.
- Ship your unused product, in its original packaging.
- 48 hours from receipt and process of returned package at Our warehouse, credit will be issued to payment source.
Please note the following conditions:
- We accept returns and bear shipping costs, only due to defective products, damaged products, inaccurate product description or an incorrect order. For any other returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped, and within 15 days of actual receipt of item.
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 10 to 15 business days of the date that the return is accepted at Our warehouse. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
- We can only process returns of Yookidoo products purchased online via this Website.
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Customer Service immediately. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting Customer Service, you jeopardize Our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
