Shipment
Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping exclusively to the 49 mainland states of the United States. Please note that we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you place an order after 12:00 PM EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Shipping Rates & Services:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery zip code. This ensures you receive the most accurate shipping estimate. You will be presented with available shipping options, including:
- UPS Ground (our most economical option)
- USPS Priority Mail Express
Please note that a handling fee of $3.88 is already included within the calculated shipping cost presented to you at checkout.

Returns
Returns Made Easy
To initiate a return, simply log into your account or click this link [contact us]. We'll then email you clear instructions for returning your product. Once you've received the instructions, ship your unused product in its original packaging.
Processing Your Return:
Once we receive and process your return at our warehouse (typically within 48 hours of receipt), a refund will be issued to your original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure products are in new or slightly used condition.
Return Costs
If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs, and no restocking fee will apply. For any other type of return, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Important Conditions:
- You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped, and within 30 days of actual receipt of the item.
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to the same credit method used for the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 7 business days of the date the return is accepted at our warehouse. The return credit should then be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
- We can only process returns of Yookidoo products purchased online directly via this Website.
Defective & Damaged Items
If you receive a defective item (inoperable but with no visible damage), please contact our Customer Service Team immediately for assistance. If your order arrives with obvious shipping damage, we recommend refusing the delivery. However, if you've already accepted the package and later discovered damage, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately.
To help us process your claim efficiently:
